Auum’s Omega 3 easy to swallow capsules provide a convenient means to get your daily omega 3 supplement at home or on the go.  EPA, DHA and DPA are found in an ideal balance in this whole food product.  The Omega 6 and Omega 3 are in the ratio of 1:1 required for health.  Because of poor diet, many have high serum levels of Omega 6 to Omega 3 in the range of 20-50:1, seriously endangering their health.  Such high levels of  Omega 6 causes excessive inflammation throughout the body.  Our product ratio of 1:1 helps to quickly reduce the blood levels to a ratio closer to the ideal 1:1.
